Suggested Use (Children aged 4+): Take 2 gummies 1 time per day with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner for Echinacea use beyond 8 weeks, and prior to use if: you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you are taking immunosuppressants, you have an autoimmune disorder or you have a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS and/or HIV infection. Discontinue use in case of hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy), gastrointestinal upsets, such as abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

Take only as directed. Do not exceed suggested dosage. Chew thoroughly before swallowing. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool & dry area, away from direct light.

Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 140 mg
Vitamin D3(as Cholecalciferol from Lichen) 10 mcg (400 IU)
Zinc (as Zinc Citrate) 6 mg
Echinacea Purpurea Extract (4:1) (Equivalent to 200 mg echinacea purpurea root) 50 mg
Elderberry Extract (75:1) (Equivalent to 3 g elderberry fruit) 40 mg

Other Ingredients: Soluble tapioca fiber, allulose, purified water, pectin; less than 2% of: Natural flavor, sodium citrate, organic stevia leaf extract, organic fruit powder (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, tart cherry, pomegranate, cranberry, orange, lemon), organic sunflower oil, organic rice flour.

How do I compost my Herbaland pouch?

To compost our plant-based pouches, cut up the bag into small pieces and place it in your backyard compost bin or your community compost bin. Make sure to check your city regulations before placing these pouches in your home green bin, since compostable plastics are relatively new to the market and the material is not yet accepted at many industrial composting facilities! Our pouches are able to be placed in:

- Bokashi Bins
- Worm Farms
- Community Gardens
